Headlight Relay
Switches high beam to low beam. To test, find the relay and the S terminal which should have a brown wire with a white stripe. Turn your headlights on. Run a jumper wire to the S terminal and strike it to a good ground. You should hear the relay click and the headlights change beams. DO NOT HOLD THE WIRE ON THE GROUND; JUST TAP IT ON THE GROUND. If nothing happens the relay is bad. If it works then the switch in the turn signal is bad.
